One possibility that is more probable than Trump being reinstated is Nancy Pelosi is sworn in. No one is talking about this but trust me, don’t rule it out. If fraud is proven and several states decertify their elections resulting in Biden failing to reach 270, then regardless of what the Constitution says, Biden and Harris would be incapable of governing and will be forced to resign. This would leave us with President Pelosi! I actually think this is the most likely outcome if states decertify.
The Maricopa audit report will not be out until sometime in the August to October time frame, which they just announced a few days ago. It's going a lot slower and the audit is only one county in the state - it's about half the state. They would need to audit the whole state and there are no plans to do that. The state senate has already publicly said there is no intention to decertify or change the outcome. The sole purpose is to understand what went wrong so they can change things to do better next time.

Absolutely correct. Too bad too many do not understand that.
The only way around that would take the cooperation of the Democrats. Biden would resign. Harris would be sworn in. The senate would then select a VP replacement. Harris then resigns. New VP becomes President. Anyone who believes that would result in Trump being reinstated is at least ‘somewhat optimistic’.
The Electoral College already voted - that can’t be rescinded at this point. But suppose fraud was proven so overwhelmingly that Biden and Harris were removed from office either forcibly or by resignation - you are correct - Pelosi would be the President.
