But, thank you for considering those two vids. Our interpretations clearly vary, which is fine.

Trump was being figurative on "returning power to the people", while at the same time literally saying what he was going to do over the 4 years. However, I come to KNOW that, based on a great deal of other things that have happened and are happening. YMMV, again that's fine.

The confrontation with Iran at the time was peanuts. There was a LARGE entourage of top military and their families gathered at the WH. Trump was being prophetic. Again, YMMV.

I know, and you'll know eventually. It will be a shock to both of us. What Trump took on, at the behest of the military, is breathtaking. To say the least.

And besides, so what if I'm right and you are wrong... is that a bad thing? What's your alternative? Misery with the Deep State firmly in control, elections no longer an option, the Republic destroyed?

What he signed in 2017 is what gives me hope. We know it had to do with the election being voided if there was foreign collusion. First the fraud is being proven, but if Germany and china and Italy had anything to do with it and we have proof of it then it makes the election void.

The dominion system seems to have sent ALOT of votes over seas to be switched and then sent back to the machines and after the election they seem to at least on some machines be erased.

Using the machines to switch votes wasn’t enough and at that point they stopped the counting and brought in fake ballots created and counted those and in some cases biden votes ran through more than once. The audits will find this.

There was a story about the guy that switched the votes in Italy and sent them to Germany. He did a signed affidavit in front of a judge and there was a group that talked to Trump at his home in Florida about getting him into the USA to confess or tell his story but I never heard anything else about it.

I have been “over it”. I hold out a hope that the fraud is proven and the dominion machines are found to be guilty of fraud. Will they pull biden, Probly not but kamala will be installed or pelosi if we are really unlucky.

However our writers of the constitution were brilliant. There could be things that could be done if the election was bad. BUT THE SCOTUS.. They don’t want to seem to get involved and they maybe forced to rule on something. The dems could stall this proving process till the 3rd year of the term before its totally proven. Then my only hope is the SCOTUS rolls back the election rules and does away with the unproven mail in ballots that stole this election. No signature proof required to vote. Just sign a name and vote. It’s a invite to cheat. Roll that back and get rid of dominion machines. If it’s in a election year they could easily keep the election timing the same. But if it’s proven in a year what do they do then. Bahhh media won’t report it and the sheep only believes what is on nightly news. But don’t tell me biden got 80+ million votes.

A writ of quo warranto is not a trial. It challenges an office holders right to hold their position. What basically happens is the court asks the office holder to show the proof that entitles him to hold his position. In Biden's case all he needs to do is show the totals from the 2020 election in November, the results of the meeting of the Electoral College in December, and the certification of those results by Congress in January. After that the issue is settled because no court at any level has invalidated any of those actions. Unl

So close and yet so far away. The The court can determine the facts of the election, solely as to its LAWFULNESS. If criminal fraud is determined as a fact by the court, the election may be ruled UNLAWFUL, and NONE of the candidates on the ballots in question were elected or re-elected. The election didn't happen, the Electoral votes from that state are invalid, and the allegedly new holders of office cannot be deemed legitimate. As a result all their votes since their election are void as fraudulent. That includes the vote to confirm the Electoral votes.

Sorry I said “we know”. This is possible hear say about what he signed. I was and had been under the impression that what he signed had to do with voiding a election if foreign collusion was found to be true. I remember laughing he signed that back in 2017 and they impeach him over Russian collusion. But I do believe what he signed had to do with foreign collusion.

Even if foreign intervention is uncovered, if Congress, the Supreme Court, and the legislatures refuse to acknowledge it, the chances of overturning the results of the election are nil.

If the Maricopa County audit proves that Trump really won the county and the state, would the Arizona legislature decertify the results of the election? As the Arizona House refused to tighten the state's voting laws, due to RINO defections, it is questionable whether the legislature would decertify. Then there are the other disputed states, where the audits are not as far advanced.

Finally, how likely would Congress be to overturn the certification on January 6th? I doubt you would get any Democrats to defect, and the usual suspects in the GOP-e would not decertify.

Proving (and, by the way, that means IN A COURT) that votes within individual states were fraudulent is meaningless once the State Legislatures appoint, or consent to the appointment, of, >270 Biden electors.

Not a single state legislature appointed a single presidential elector. The legislatures all required the electors to be selected based upon popular election by statute. Once it can be proved that elections were certified fraudulently, the governor's certifications mean nothing. Courts can order the elections decertified. Otherwise, it's not a constitutional republic.

I absolutely agree with you. I do however think you would see politicians involved jumping ship like rats. The ones that could possibly be named or blamed or being scapegoats for bigger fish will step down. And that’s a good start. These states would have to be overturned one at a time to the point it would show Trump got the electoral votes. And it would go slowly to the SCOTUS..

Now if it’s was proven maybe... just maybe... out of fear of losing their own jobs they may decertify. If it’s possible. This would be a total cluster and the media would downplay this the whole time. Only if there is no other choice will the media turn on this. They need to stay relevant. Would take too much...
