I doubt very seriously that they actually did clinical trials in children or pregnant women. Every child and pregnant woman getting these vaccines are ginea pigs.

Note that Pfizer is dated Nov 2020 in the url and Moderna, August 2020 at the top of the document. Phase 1 on both isn’t even half way done. Both Phase 1 trials were/are supposed to run for two years. Phases 2/3, run concurrently, another two years. I don’t know if Phase 1 and Phase 2/3 were to overlap.
