Your conclusion is based on the proven-false assumption that masking of healthy people prevents transmission of a respiratory virus. The nasty, dirty habit of masking has many effects, but stopping transmission of a virus is not among them.
You assumption is that I am making assumptions. The only assumption I am making is that as a manager, this is the directive. This is how I would achieve compliance in my workplace.
I am not a doctor. I am guessing you aren’t either. I do what I have to in order to stay employed. This stuff happens every day in lots of places. You choose to work within the rules or not.
