Some particular jobs may need additional vaccinations, obviously because they are unusually exposed to a wide spectrum of viruses at an unusually high rate and can infect an unusual number if infected. Most people are only exposed to a dozen or so of the same people daily, most of whom are healthy most of the time - making the risk of vaccination itself equate or exceed the risk of infection. You working in healthcare may reasonably need Covid vaccination; I writing software in my back yard am at practically zero risk of contracting/infecting Covid in a professional setting.
