So I work for my local county (Upstate NY) and the new county administrator put out the edict as of tomorrow, if you are "fully vaccinated" (TM) then you don't have to wear a mask. All others do need to wear a mask on the job and social distance. Violators will be "disciplined"

You’re accusing people of hypocrisy for accepting multiple:
- FDA-approved treatments that
- meet the accepted definition of “vaccine” that stood for the better part of a century
- underwent years, if not decades long full clinical trials
but then rejecting:
- “emergency use” treatments that
- have not yet been FDA approved and
- utilize novel technologies that
- have not passed conventional clinical trials
- have never before been able to pass animal trials (including this year) without killing the animals and that
- only meet the definition of “vaccine” if you use the definition created out of thin air this very year?
Oh, and the manufacturers are exempt from any liability.
That about right? That’s your position?
This should be challenged in court ASAP with the plaintiffsโ attorney requesting the policy not be allowed in effect pending decision. Free one from mask tyranny, free all.

No it’s not. I work in the health insurance business and business employers every day. . An employer requiring to know if you are vaccinated or not is not Hipaa related. An employer can ask. The gov’t has already set guidelines on this.
The Deep State must have gotten to him. He's in on it. Maybe the shot mutated his genes and made him one of them! Horror!

I think we’re creating two groups of people - those that want to get the shot and those that are just fine with getting COVID and letting their immune system deal with it. What isn’t ok is those that get the shot being able to impede the liberty of those that don’t - all because of the low likelihood of a vaccinated person possibly still getting COVID.
...considering it’d only impact a tiny percent of those that get it anyway, which is a small percent of those that got the shot, which results in a miniscule number that will die from it. From this you’d have to argue that the same can be the required for the flu.
This is insane. There is no emergency now.
I can only speak for myself, anyone giving me a shot needs to know, i shoot back.
We have the same rule at my office, where the lawyers have concluded that asking your vax status breaks HIPAA law.

Nonsense. Lots of employers have health requirements. I canโt work in healthcare without proving vaccination or immunity to all kinds of illness.
