As people reading this already know, there are times when a man needs to take the bull by the horns and show his critics who’s boss, and that is exactly what Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt did earlier this week in the aftermath of an attack from the radicals in the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals group, also known as “PETA.”
Stitt, a Republican, announced back in March that March 22-26 would be “#MeatAllWeek” week after Colorado Gov. Jared Polis, a Democrat, declared March 20th a “MeatOut Day.” Polis’ actions sparked what the New York Times referred to at the time as a “meat war” in the region, with neighboring state leaders and various cattleman’s associations and the like pushing back by promoting meat consumption and showing support for the agriculture community.
An enraged PETA responded by letting Gov. Stitt know that they planned on putting up a billboard near the State Capitol calling him a “meathead.” It went up in April and is still up as of this writing. Here’s what it looks like:

“ “Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt”
This is the idiot that hoarded Hydroxychloroquine while thousands died in his state, then he tried to get a refund.
His comedy routine is not funny. He should be hanged. ”
You are slanderous.
Wrong. Never happened and he has done an outstanding job including constitutional carry outlawing race theory and outlawing boys playing girl’s sports. OK also ended up being the best COVID state in the nation due to lack of lockdown.
That was for you dork.
PS - he’ll win re-election in a landslide no problem so it sucks to be you
And he also passed state laws protecting our 2nd amendment rights from the FEDS.
How’s that for a comedy routine you clown 🤡
There’s more to Gov. Stitt than meets the eye. He’s been exhibiting an unexpected amount of spine lately. :-)
I think a teeny fraction of this event is also an Oklahoma-style shout-out to Gov. DeSantis’s way of doing things.
But damn it, now I’m hungry.
Indeed - that’s because he’s never been a politician before and used his business experience to reorganized a messed up state budget and now we have a surplus!
And he took on the libtard school unions and forced their lazy butts back to work last year. He’s a one man army.
The reason for the event is to once again support our agriculture industry which is big in our state. He already had an eat more meat week to offset some pagan vegan event earlier in the year.
I like it! Vegan is fine for those who want it, but personally, give me a good burger or steak any day of the week.
Maybe I’ll forego moving to S. Dakota and stay right where I am. :-)
