The author is mostly right, especially saying Chaivin was lynched. I'm not sure, at this point, that he was guilty of excessive force but maybe. Manslaughter is a stretch.

Judge Cahill didn't care. Lynchings are okay in his courtroom. It will be interesting to see if any appellate judges take a run at justice. My guess is none will.

Chauvin could be convicted in a fair trial. Unfortunately, we will never know.
