This may explain how generations have voted over 80% Dem in New York City elections. And.....to elect Governor Cuomo “The Great.” Quality education out the wazoo.

It depends on the type of test and who writes it. I have seen tests be so skewed as to be useless anyway. A basic literacy test, sure.

Increasingly, I read and listen to those who have a very illiterate grasp of just the simple structure of English. I am embarrassed for them. Most are college “educated”.
