Biden said he was setting up a commission to study what changes if any should be made to federal courts, and the Supreme court in particular. It’s supposed to report back in 180 days.
But instead they are preemptively introducing court packing legislation???

I think they are afraid that they will lose some of the special elections coming up and possibly lose the house. No matter, they don’t have 60 votes in the Senate for this and it can’t be placed in a reconciliation bill for a 51 vote passage. But, that might give them reasons to scrap the filibuster altogether.
the commission is just to come up with BS reasons, like racism as to why they need to do it, the real reason as we know is complete power. The Dems understand power that better than we do, they never ever toss a Dem under the buss because they want the seats and majorities, we can’t stand Rinos and lose the House, then the Senate. Dems are setting it up so they will not lose another national election with their voter bill, the illegals are turning red states blue (it’s not liberals moving from CA as multiple studies have shown) but the block voting of Hispanics at 70% dem, blacks 90% . Ever state that has gone from Red to purple to blue is because of Hispanic growth, We either figure that out or its over.
Just look at the states won by Trump in 2016,he won 32 states but only 4 have a population of Hispanic voters over 13%. Clinton by contrast won 28 states and only 5 had a Hispanic population of under 13%.
