Biden said he was setting up a commission to study what changes if any should be made to federal courts, and the Supreme court in particular. It’s supposed to report back in 180 days.
But instead they are preemptively introducing court packing legislation???
Does the right hand know what the left hand is doing?
This is what a Party theoretically should do, when they hold multiple branches of the Government.
Republicans haven’t been doing this. They usually fail to seize the moment by the throat.
Because four is the minimum number they need to secure a safe majority on the Court...
This is to further assure their coup is secured.
