I propose the following new law that must be administered to any person stopped by the police.
Any person who is lawfully stopped by the police must fill out a medical questionnaire prior to the person being stopped can begin physical resistance of arrest. Based upon their known medical conditions the officers will then be limited to the amount and type of restraint that can be used.
YeH, that’s exactly what the Jackals are asking for. Foreknowledge of a person’s heLth prior to arrest.
