I worked in Dubai a few years, and to a “T” every African I knew absolutely hated Black Americans, mostly due to their thug culture and attitude (you can learn a lot from Hollywood. sometimes it happens to be true). They felt they gave real Africans a bad name.
Agree. No brainer. Certainly they should not be allowed to remain at large and breed.

One of them is diming out her “friend” and seeing what kind of a break she can get for it. I’d guess the older one stays juvy in exchange for testifying against the younger.
Contrary to that you see in the movies, people generally are risk averse and will not step into someone else’s fight, sadly even if it is one person being senselessly attacked. Those people in the hotel were afraid. If there is a movie that had a grain of truth about this, you can think of the townspeople in “High Noon.”
