Quite possible. When I went to HS, our starting middle linebacker was an Italian fellow, fresh off the boat from Italy. (OK, he had been in Canada for 5 years.) He was 5’8”, 240 lbs., had more hair than on his face or shoulders, than he did on the top of his head. Though 19 (held back in Jr HS because of his limited English skills), he looked closer to 30.
No one would’ve gotten a “goat years” joke.

I have noticed among my own family and several others that it is likely the mother's genes that carry the baldness key. All my mother's brothers were follicle impaired but only about halfway....some hair still on top, enough left to comb even after age 60. I have the same trait despite my father being bald by the time he was 25.
My wife's brother is bald as were his uncles on his mother's side. His father had a full head of dark hair at age 70.
My son takes after his mother's brother, went bald in his 30s.

I just looked up the answer to my question. Colorado abolished the Death Penalty in 2020. Let’s hope the Feds try this guy and he is sent to the Fed. Prison in Indiana to be executed.
