Just wondering, does xiden wear one? he looks so thin and frail. I would never think that he's wearing one. Maybe a lightweight version.

Biden probably doesn’t have the stamina to wear one.
Biden’s handler’s would love for him to be “martyred”. He’s a temp that will be jettisoned when they decide it’s time, so a flak jacket is not necessary.
