The state House in Mississippi on Wednesday passed legislation that would protect female athletes by banning biological males from competing in women’s sports.
An overwhelming vote of 81-28 allowed for the passage of the ‘Mississippi Fairness Act.’
The Senate last month passed the bill in a similar landslide fashion, with a vote count of 34-9.
The act requires that any public school or institution of higher learning designate their sports teams according to biological sex.
You know. Science.

The states have to reclaim their Tenth Amendment rights, as the federal government ever gradually becomes a socialist dictatorship.

It’s “males.” “Biological” is redundant.
“trans female”
There is no such thing. “female” does not need a qualifier. Choose one: male, female.
How long until some federal judge strikes this sensible law down? I’ll guess two months. (But that might be too optimistic.)
Obviously, this is going to set up a constitutional challenge because it’s essentially nullifying the federal mandates signed by Biden. My only question is will the case be decided on the merits, or will the Court dismiss the state law under the Supremacy Doctrine?
We should also keep in mind that the ‘conservative’ jurist Gorsuch sided with the libs in the last trangender case to come before the Court. I’m not confident that even it it was heard on the merits it would end favorably for conservatives...and girls.
Remember when Obergefell was decided and Conservative Inc largely took the position that this wasn’t going to be a slippery slope? Lolz. 10-years later, little girls have to share bathrooms with grown men and boys can compete as girls essentially undermining Title IX.

Yeah...we all know how this ends. The law will be struck down by a federal judge and the pols that passed it will be weeping for forgiveness in fron of the media’s cameras before long. After that, Hollywood will make a movie about the evil pols who passed such a law and it will win an Oscar. Anyone who criticises the film will be censored by Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, etc., etc.
We’ve lived this story a thousand times.
Alternative headline: women’s sports are women’s sports. Again.

Mississippi is the first state doing the right thing. It is stupid to allow a biological male to compete against females. It defies all logic!
Use scientific data. Identify as XX or XY easy Peasy.
