This is so BS. When I smoked, I ordered my cigarettes from a reservation in NY and saved so much money. Then shipping became illegal. Killing a baby at 9 months is just fine, but, oh, no, you can’t have vaping supplies or cigarettes shipped to you any longer.

When shipping from the ReZ became illegal...all the cool kids started buying their cigarettes from Russia!
Name brand cigs are sold to Russian businesses for pennies on the dollar, who turn around and ship them back here untaxed with no record of purchase. A carton of Kools or Winston etc was less than $20 last I knew.
