Giddy with the excitement of a stolen White House and a stolen Senate, she revels in the sheer pleasure of tearing the people a new one.
The only thing I can think of when I see her go haywire, is the day Trump grounded her plane and luxury trip with friends and family to Europe. One of the highlights of trumps presidency.

Please correct me if I am wrong, but I she is coxing Biden out of the basement and into the light of the cameras. She wants him exposed, and I am sure behind the scenes she wants the MSM to hit him hard.
Phase two will be to declare the guy unfit for the job, bringing in Kamala....
Phase three will be to ouster her thru impeachment based on her deep and wide paper trail of corruption.
Phase four, Pelosi gets the presidency.
