We used to be landlords in Detroit until the last tenants kept a rooster in the bathroom they used in cockfighting, amongst other issues. This was in the early 90s.

After seeing that (and Nigeria is one of the wealthier country in Africa) tell me again why whites are not justified to have a teensy bit of pride & sense of superiority regarding their race?

My cousin has spent a lot of time in Nigeria. Lagos is an expensive city to live in if you want a clean, safe place to live. As to the YouTube, how long do you think those people would be in their houses on the water if they tried withholding the rent?
