I know this sounds awful but I would not at all doubt that many are considering making Biden exit with “extreme prejudice” rather than slow decline. It would be a win-win for everyone (except Joey) because neither Jill nor the party would have to face questions of whether they knowingly ran a cognitively-deficient candidate which would happen if he suddenly steps off the cognitive cliff as opposed to suddenly dying.

That's just ridiculous. There is no majority in Congress that will impeach Kamala Harris. She hasn't done anything. Besides, her first act as President will be choosing her successor, and I am betting on Hillary Clinton. She doesn't want to wait for Biden to have 2 years and Kamala to have 10. Ain't nobody got time for that. After Hillary is installed as VP, the Natural Born Citizen clause of the US Constitution will be adjudicated.

I doubt it - the country is definitely not ready for two women in the top roles. She'd have to pick a Hispanic or Asian guy.
