But just like the whole birth certificate fiasco with Obama, nothing’s going to come of a stolen election. It’s just incremental lawlessness. We either have a constitution, or we don’t.
Where is Biden Hiden?
This guy was our #1 candidate at one time and he flaked out on us. Can we trust him?
I’ve literally never heard the name Josh Mandel until today. #1 candidate for what?
Ohio Ping
Senate
That’s a great way to get all the publicity in the world as the entire Big Tech, MSM, Uniparty, Orwellian cabal comes after this “insurrectionist”. You have to wonder whether he will be arrested or disappeared for such thought crime before the election occurs.
I agree. Eventually even the MSM will miss Trump.
Howie’s brother?
Something is definitely going to come of it since most of the country believes it already. And the court cases/investigations haven’t even started.
I think his wife was battling cancer or something was his reason for dropping out. I think he could have beaten Brown.
i fonated to his cause... fonations are probably going to go through the roof.
The long term problem I see with it is the constitutional crisis it brings. If it’s actually found to have been stolen, that makes everything Biden did and will do as president will be null, and while I’d personally be ecstatic over such a thing, there will be damage done that is likely irreversible, such as the increased death rate due to suicide from this ceaseless inanity we’re enduring under lockdowns.
You can’t unring a bell or bring back the dead. Biden and his cohorts will sow destruction in his 4 years that even a reversal of an election isn’t likely to unfurl.
They’re divorced I understand so now she’s gotta come out in support her ex. We don’t need snarky reporters and opponents snoopin’ around digging dirt. if that’s the case it’s next (wo)man up. It really should be Jordan but he’s out so we’ll keep shooting ourselves in the foot I’m afraid.
Mandel served two terms as Ohio Treasurer and ran for Senate twice before, both times unsuccessfully. He dropped out of the Republican primary in 2018 because of his wife’s health, and lost the 2012 general election to Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-Ohio) with about 45% of the vote.
He faces likely competition from Jane Timken, who left her position as head of the Ohio Republican Party last week to explore a run. Timken was backed by Trump when she took over the Ohio GOP leadership in 2017, but has never run for statewide office before.
Mandel was married to Ilana Shafran in August, 2008, in Jerusalem.
Ilana Shafran Mandel is from one of the wealthiest and most politically influential families in Northeastern Ohio, which helped Mandel earn his first seat on the Lyndhurst City Council. Shafran’s father is a cousin to Al Ratner, CEO of the highly-profitable Forest City Enterprises, a national real estate development firm.
In April 2020, Mandel and his wife filed for divorce in Ashland County, where neither of them lived. The divorce was finalized in June 2020 and all records have been kept sealed.
Sealed. Will they stay that way in a campaign? Remember was it Illinois? Something about a stripper dancing on a table? Someone named Ryan?
It’s no longer about stolen elections or birth certificates. These things have been shown over and over again. Now, its about how elections in the United States aren’t honest, and are becoming more dishonest by the day.
There is going to be a bright side as well as with any crisis and subsequent set of reforms and focus on the issue. At least the Dems appear to be digging their own gr ave for just two years down the road.
