I agree, The real Joe has had his nose broken, is more gaunt and his hairline is farther back and thinner. This guy is Joe’s replacement and is slightly more dynamic. The dementia confusion is an act from an actor. My take on the hoax.

As one ages...NOSE and EARS change also...they grow larger and more pronounced...ever notice Nancy doesn't let her ears show...because they are huge, I saw them once when her hair was blowing around and her ears were really huge...

So for old Joe's ears and nose to be different from ten years ago that is perfectly normal.
Biden is mentally confused and very obvious physically ill. Weak, feeble, and slow to walk...sometimes he tries to show off with a sloppy run, or as media calls it...a jog. It makes me lol...because we lose that ability as we age...some more than others.
