Please don't believe I am arguing that. What is true, according to very plain language of the Constitution is that no one who is not the Chief Justice of the USSC can be the judge. That alone renders any other hearing to be nothing more than a kangaroo court. One must believe the CJ by refusing to participate agrees.
IMO, what makes it almost impossible to use this "proceeding" for anything of great value, is this yesterday from an R senator:
“If they start trying to prove that Georgia and Pennsylvania and Wisconsin were stolen, that’s when you’re going to lose everybody,” - Sen. Lindsey Graham.
With duplicitous friends like that...
And they are impeaching him again to try and prohibit him from ever running for office again
Yet one of the Democrats who votes to impeach was himself impeached as a judge.
