I really dislike Cruz. He plays a decent game of looking like a Good Guy some of the time. But he is not a Good Guy. Ever.
Not to me. In some ways Cruz makes a gladhanding used car salesman look honest. He comes across to me as a smarmy, slimy dirty politician. Back after the election when he magnanimously agreed (cough-cough) to represent Trump’s interests before the Supremes, his proud preening mannerisms almost gagged me. Then the Supremes showed their true colors and bagged the case without hearing it.
