From the time Cruz spoke at Liberty University after announcing his run for the Presidency, I saw things in him that I didn’t really like. He seemed to me to be an egotist.
I’ve respected him for some stances; but it seems that he is just another who simply puts his finger up to see which way the wind is blowing, and how it may impact his personal, future opportunities.
I never liked him after he launched that nasty ad to smear Melania. “You could have her for your first lady, OR you could vote for Cruz.”
A couple of days later is when Trump hit back on Cruz’s wife about her overdosing and her Goldman Sachs background.
Everyone remembers THAT part, but forgets him attacking Melania.
I loved his Liberty U speech. I fell hook line and sinker. I have misjudged everyone (except Bannon for some strange reason).
So, knowing what I do now, betrayal after betrayal, I’ll Just trust the majority of Freepers. Y’all get it right.
