Everyone I’ve ever met since the 1970’s who wore their Christianity on their sleeve, proclaimed how pious they were, or had a holier-than-thou attitude... every one of them eventually turned out to be a back-stabbing, mean-spirited, SOB in the end.
Whether academia, my personal life, business, etc., the same pattern always played out.
I don’t know Cruz or Pence, but these two fools fall into the same category.
Wait....The same Ted that offered to argue the case at the Supreme Court before they decided not to hear it. That Ted Cruz.
Unfreaking believable!!
Ted Cruzes wife Heidi is an executive officer at Citi Bank. He is bought and paid for by the Federal Reserve and is as dirty as Lindsay Graham and Mitt Romney. They are all just crisis actors. Paid to perform.
He will never be President as he is not a Natural Born Citizen.
Sorry Ted, higher office is not in your future.
None of the Republican losers that ran against Trump in 2016 will ever be president.
Cruz can go hug Alyssa Milano again.
The Republicans are the minority party going forward.
Remember when, in 2016, the ‘holy’ Ted Cruz, gathered together ‘300’ preachers for hire to give him a Gideon style victory in South Carolina .... I got a great laugh over their pretentiousness, because they ignored what instrument of victory was used to tear down the walls of Jericho ... Trumpets ... Donald J. Trump, trumped the weasel from Canada ... that brilliant mind trained at Harvard.
Christ spoke a full chapter on those that sit in the seat of Moses ... the ‘law giver’, obviously Ted the fraud has never read.

Time for a new party. Tonight Officer Tatum had it with the world and quit He said he wasn’t moving to any other platform just wanted out. Ranted about censorship then closed channel.
The GP article says, "In this week’s video, Senator Ted Cruz accused President Donald Trump of spouting 'overheated rhetoric' about the election and failing to present evidence of voter fraud."
Not true! Here is the actual quote:
"Going into this election, coming out of this election, we have seen overheated rhetoric, like crazy, on both sides of the political aisle."The rest of Cruz's statement on election fraud is consistent with his previous statements that there has been no Due Process to examine the evidence of election fraud. Since the courts did not review the evidence, he proposed a 10-day Election Commission to review the evidence. Here is the quote:
"The Democrats and the news media -- and sadly the news media is now just part of the Democratic party -- they are one. Their talking point is there is no voter fraud; it doesn't exist, and for you to say “voter fraud” is just -- I mean it's amazing you read any newspaper article and, any time there's a reference to voter fraud, I think the editor's mandate they put in “which is totally baseless and false.” And look, voter fraud has been a persistent challenge in elections, and the media narrative that it doesn't exist and you can't say it exists, it is weird rewriting history. Now, listen on the other hand, President Trump's rhetoric, I think, went way too far over the line. I think it was both reckless and irresponsible because he said repeatedly – you know, he said over and over again -- he won by a landslide, there was massive fraud, it was all stolen everywhere.I also did not like the reference to the June 6 Capitol trespassers as "terrorists," but he said it in the context of Democrats being hypocrites by supporting Antifa/BLM riots."That evidence, the campaign did not prove that in any court, right, and to make a determination about an election, it has to be based on the evidence, and so simply saying the result you want, that's not responsible, and you've never heard me use language like that.
"What I've said is voter fraud is real, and we need to examine the evidence and look at the actual facts, and in particular, what is the evidence of how much voter fraud occurred, and did it occur in sufficient quantities and in sufficient states to alter the outcome of the election. That would have been the mandate of the election commission to assess. And you know one of the things I pointed out on the senate floor, Reuters polling shows 39 percent of Americans believe the election was rigged. That's a terrifying statistic, and I tried to make the case to Democrats. I said, look, you should want this commission because that's not good for our nation, it's not good for our country, to go forward with nearly half of the country believing that our democracy is fraudulent. We need to re-establish faith and trust in the democracy, and I think having a process to consider the evidence and the facts would have helped in that regard."

Lyn’ Ted rears his ugly head again. Is there anyone on FR to defend him?
Incredibly stupid statement. The courts wouldn’t even take up the cases or look at the evidence.
Sad to witness good turn to evil.
Who were those terrorists that attacked the Capitol on January 6th? Who were those guys that really stirred up the crowd and fought against the police? Who were those who yelled, “It’s time to go!” as they pushed into the Capitol Building doorway?
Senator Cruz will never get my vote. In fact, if he is ever a national candidate I will vote for his Democrat opponent. I'd rather have a Democrat attack me face-to-face than be stabbed in the back by another one of these treasonous Republicans when we need them most. Never again.
His lawyers did a very bad job in court and did not produce evidence.
Ted reminds me of Gingrich. Loyal, loyal, loyal, then bam!
I think Trump expected the Supreme Court to hear at least one case. They completely ignored him. Three of them are there because Trump put them there. Now they will sit and watch as four new justices are brought in to bring the proper balance back to the highest court in the land. President Harris will get to appoint 4 justices at one time. Then Cavanaugh will see that all the disrespect he endured was for nothing at all.
Bye Ted. I've given a couple of chances but you've blown them all.
