The Convention of States call at the Convention of States web site is entered into with the condition that if it goes outside the boundaries it voids the call.

The Constitution provides for many safeguards and boundaries as well, yet they continue to do whatever they want, and the courts don't stop them. To think, somehow, that they would abide by any guidelines whatsoever is simply laughable. You want a complete end to the 2nd Amendment? This is how you get it.

Unless we can stop them from stealing elections the Swamp will eventually control 2/3's of Congress and will be able to propose amendments at will. California has already achieved this dubious honor with it's Legislature. That and Obama/Xiden judges will destroy the 2nd amendment.
