If he agrees, then they become legitimate targets for patriots. The US military has absolutely zero legal authority to over-rule a President or to subvert his power.
The instant they do so they are no better than any foreign invader and can expect the same fate.
That is both, a legal and a realistic fact.

Judging by her behavior, it seems that being the target of a giant criminal investigation is even more unnerving.
This kind of emotional outburst (by an unstable Pelosi) advertises to the whole world that we are unstable and chaotic. Its a very dangerous thing to do because it could lead some of our adversaries to engage in confrontational adventures that could cost American lives. Its reckless in the extreme.
She, on the other hand, would order an atomic strike against intruders on her property.
