Are these same people now going to criticize the National Archive?
As it says right in the post, the Electoral Count Act allows the National Archives to only pass along the slate of electors certified by the state. That is literally the power given to it by law. If you or I sent in a slate of electors, they would not pass that along.
They do t make the decision on what is an illegal damage of electors. By law they can only forward the electors that were certified by the states.
Anybody could send a slate of electors to the National Archives. You could do it. I could. What exactly do you expect? The only ones that count are the ones submitted by actual states.
