Agreed, but it appears they are impotent at this point.

They are part of the “system” and have a “system sense.”
Do not expect anyone that has been institutionalized, that benefits from the system, to question the system.
The problem is that “the system,” is no long what out Founding Fathers envisioned.
In America you no longer have a Bill of Rights, all 10 have been undermined (name me one of the first 10 that has not been abridged?), and the SCOTUS helped in doing this! You no longer have a rule of law as some are enforced and others are not depending on who is in power, and you have double standards for those in power. These last elections show that you don’t have a democratic process anymore. Not really. You have the appearance of democracy, like you have the appearance of privacy in this country. You go through the motions pretending while behind the curtain everything is entirely the opposite of how it should be.
