The complaint against Wood is “verified” - i.e. it is signed under penalty of perjury - by four plaintiffs, not one! It includes actual documentary evidence (copies of business cards, screen shots of web pages, other court pleadings) that lay out details of the ill-fated partnership. The copy filed with the court apparently has an exhibit of a Settlement Agreement where Wood admitted to liability. But the copy I saw did not have that Exhibit attached.
The complaint also includes excerpts of communication from Wood - these are vulgarity-ridden, threatening, borderline extortion material, clearly depicting a mentally unstable, desperate, vacillating bully.
So the complaint rises above “allegations” and has solid, admissible evidentiary value.
The complaint states (under penalty of perjury) that Wood took partnership monies, and then SIGNED a settlement agreement, and then breached it.
Nobody is stopping Wood from using proper channels to address the allegations. Under Georgia Code § 9-10-111, he has to file an answer, addressing each paragraph, under penalty of perjury.
So, all he needs to do is tell the media: “look at my answer on file with the court, every allegation is addressed, under penalty of perjury.”
Wood is an incompetent lawyer, a thief, and a conman. PDJT and his supporter owe Wood less than ZERO.

The quarterback got the ball three dozen times, and accomplished just one completion - but not enough for a first down. All other attempts resulted in interceptions, incomplete passes, fumbled handoffs, and intentional grounding penalties.

I just checked the court record. He has a verified, 77-page answer on file. But I don't feel like paying to download it. I just don't care enough about that conman.
But it is public record, and it speaks for itself. He can distribute it to the media to defend his "reputation."
He will get disbarred. Watch and wait.
Yeah, look at NAACP lawyer Thurgood Marshall’s record of losses in battling segregation and related evils. Whatever happened to him? And there is George Washgton’s record of lost battles and humiliating retreats.
You condemn Lin Wood, have no interest in his side of the dispute, and want him gagged so he cannot respond publicly. I would prefer to hear Wood’s defense — and you think that is out of line.
What number wife is this for Lin?

Why?
Well, besides the amazingly humiliating nature of his defeats, when an airplane is destroyed, it cannot fly again.
If you lose a case at trial, and can't overturn on appeal, you lost that argument forever. There is something in law called res judicata which means "the matter has been decided." You can't argue the same case in another court.
Every time Wood loses, that loss becomes res judicata and cannot be argued elsewhere.
The man is a clown and a conman. His court pleadings are full of grammar and spelling errors. He mistook MI for MN. He filed stuff in the wrong court. He is a monumental failure.
PDJT and his supporters owe him less than ZERO.

TBH, I have NEVER seen any lawyer lose so many cases, so humiliatingly, and so decisively, in such a short time. He’s a bozo and a conman.
I have sent his team evidence and they have even ‘tweeted’ it as well.
He is a blowhard that sucks oxygen.
