There are only two things possible:
1. Admit students have varying levels of intelligence, drive and focus. (Will. Never. Happen).
2. Call the entire system “racist” and in need of overhauling if ALL students don’t achieve the exact same results.
Action: Make sure NO students succeed academically. Then everyone will be equal and “college or job ready.”
And that is where the train goes off the rails. There is a world waiting for them that does not care about their feelings of victimhood. It is all about what they can do and produce.

The tax payers pay for a school system that is expected to EDUCATE future employees.

I’m thinking a follow-up story in 5 years will go like this: “...and in other news, it was reported today that students graduating from the San Diego school district are finding it difficult to get into college, succeed in college or find any meaningful employment outside of college. Experts agree the problem is structural racism, a lack of diversity and for the most part white people.”

The school where my wife teaches had Chinese exchange students until this year. These students had a work ethic that was far above the American students. The latter tend to procrastinate and play with their phones rather than get their work done. Their grades show it. These students trade their future opportunities for play. Most will likely blame their failure on a lack of opportunity. That will be a lie...
“White people get more A’s, B’s and C’s? Therefore those grades must be racist.”
I wonder how anyone graduates from schools like Grambling, Spelman, Howard, Xavier University of Louisiana, Tuskegee, Hampton, or any other historically black college or university that was established prior to 1964, whose principal mission was, and is, the education of black Americans. And since they are accredited by a nationally recognized accrediting agency or association determined by the Secretary [of Education] to be a reliable authority as to the quality of training offered or is, according to such an agency or association, making reasonable progress toward accreditation, can anyone get a “C.” If they are going to use this theory of education, then they would have a whole list of valedictorians that can’t complete a paragraph. They don’t have to.

It’s like the President of the company you work for bringing in his green behind the ears incompetent sons to manage employees - - and someone figures out the way to get rid of fellow competitors is to get them to object to the boss’s sons. Big incentive there to make the sons as offensive as possible... hurts the company, hurts the sons, hurts the boss... Helps the manipulator...
Because in the ‘real world’ doing your work and doing it on time, arriving at work on time, or even arriving at work at all are not factors in keeping a job. And in most jobs yelling at your boss and refusing to what you are told are totally ignored.
