OK, they are just names to me. Why exactly do they have standing in this lawsuit? What makes these folks have more standing than 21 American States lead by Texas?

The point is, Sidney Powell does not need standing, she's their lawyer. And that's that.

As far as I can tell, "standing" is determined by consulting a magic 8-ball...as I've heard it doesn't really have a basis in any written down law. Hopefully the 8-ball will come up favorable in this case.
