That report was tweeted out by a internet sleuth named Kanekoa where he said that Dominion voting machines in Clark County, Nevada, which included Las Vegas, found an alarming rate of error in scanning ballots. The rate was similar to the ones found in machines in Antrim County, Michigan.



Unfortunately, that's all we know about it. We don't have additional information or even a formal forensic audit of the Nevada Dominion machines. I would not cite this as an authoritative source just yet.

As far as I can tell, "standing" is determined by consulting a magic 8-ball...as I've heard it doesn't really have a basis in any written down law. Hopefully the 8-ball will come up favorable in this case.

That's unlikely. Roberts had the chance to take the PA case early and set a precedent for the other states. He declined to do that, then declined SCOTUS's mandatory jurisdiction in the Texas v. Pennsylvania case. In 2000, SCOTUS jumped in and shut down the FL recount before the Safe Harbor date. They wanted Bush to be president and intervened aggressively for that goal. That was about the undercount of ballots in a few counties, not fraud. This is about massive fraud in several states, and SCOTUS has no interest in doing anything about it. The Bushes told Roberts to keep SCOTUS out of this, and he is following orders. As far as I'm concerned, POTUS can send him to Gitmo with Pelosi and Schumer and the rest of the Dem leadership.

Clark County Nevada uses Agilis machines, not Dominion.

A Las Vegas Journal reporter wrote the story where the election officials claimed the Agilis machines had a 70% error rate. Those machines are used for signature verification, not ballot tabulation. In other words they are pretty worthless.

And earlier this year, Clark County officials announced they would need to lower the recommended factory tolerance settings on the Agilis machine in order to capture the Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles’ signature used to verify mail-in ballots...
