So either most of the communist party members come from Shanghai, or the 2 million list is only a partial list. Since the population of China is over a billion, 2 million would be under 0.2%. I believe membership must be far larger than that.

This will include the entire staffs of CNN, MSNBC, CBS, ABC, all Democrats in the Federal government in every branch and many local officials in the United States.
