2. With that said, unless the aim of Wood and Powell is just to get cheers from crowds, I do agree they should focus more on winning and less on crowd excitement. As great as pumping out crowds is, the main focus should be winning. A win beats throbbing adulation crowds.

I wouldn’t have expected anything else. Neither Powell or Wood are representatives of the Trump campaign. Everything they throw at the wall will be smacked down by judges. When you get Sekulow and other members of Trump’s legal Team in front of the judges, especially as they move into the higher courts, there will be more conversation.
Every judge will punt until it gets to SCOTUS. I think if anything, this was Trump’s plan all along. Why would any judge in his or her right mind want to make a decision on this?
