Powell never should have made these zany allegations about “vote-switching” computers and/or software in any state where they had paper ballots to confirm the actual vote counts.

The underlying fraud here was in a massive dump of illegal ballots, not a manipulation of ballot counts. Her original allegations never made any sense to me for this reason.

Maybe. But it doesn't really matter.

The appeals courts rule on matters of procedure rather than matters of fact. If the lower courts use "correct" procedure to refuse to hear matters of fact, the higher courts do not generally get to address such issues.
