If the 9th District ruled in favor of the Plaintiffs, the Defendants would appeal that ruling to the next Court (Level), Federal Appeals Court.

If the 9th District ruled ( as it did) against the Plaintiffs, the Plaintiffs will appeal to the next Court......the Appeals Court.

No matter how this case went, it was going to get Appealed.

So the faster it moves through lower court judges, the better.

The goal, really at this point is the USSC.......
