The other 65 submitted their expense reimbursement requests to the DNC!
You have to vote together in the legislature, not send whiny-ass letters from barely half the loser party.
The Penn GOP does not know how to play the game.
IF the DNC can ignore Penn constitutional laws to make up voting changes, then the legislators can make their rules for accepting election results.
If the first cannot be challenged, then neither can the second action be challenged.
To challenge a refusal to accept certified election results refutes illegal changes in voting methods.
This means nothing without a vote of both houses in the affirmative.
Doesn’t the state legislatures have the right to decide who their states’ electors are? Or are they trying to punt to the House?
Why isn’t it 141 of the 141 Republican Legislators?
Switching to independent. Can’t be associated with such p#ssies. Won’t fight hard like the dems do. Screw them!
At least now we have them on record.
Anyone who did not sign that letter should be gone ASAP.
If I read correctly I see senators Casey’s (D) and Toomey’s (R) names on that list.
Not good news. If they had the votes they pick the electors. If they don’t have the votes they can ask for help from Congress.
A big waste of time. I don’t believe Congress has any authority in this case. It is up to the GOP legislature and it appears they have punted.
Cowards,do 8t yourselves
Yet another example of how republicans can never seem to do things as a team. What about the rest of them?
JoMa
They don’t have to send any letter. They have complete authority to take over and do the right thing.
EHY THE HELL ISN’T IT 141??? WEAK REPUBLICANS!!
Just checked. My representatives signed.
