I would explain this one as I used to be the one who did the interpreting years ago.
This is one example why the mail in voting is faulty.
When one votes in person, one can feed the ballot into the machine. If there are problems with the ballot (sometimes caused by the voter, sometimes just small paper faults), the machine will reject the ballot. In person, one can just spoil the ballot, pick another one and try again.

When not voting in person, somebody will have to resolve these problems for the voter. Ones vote is now on the mercy of some unknown poll worker. Most of them are honest, but some are biassed. They may correct the vote their way! You would never know.
However
Actually there are only few percents of votes rejected by the machine. So it would be more like 2% of votes rejected, and out of them 2% of fraudulently interpreted. So more like 0.04% affected or ~ 0.1% shift in this case. Could change the winner? Maybe.
But, there are lot more problems with the AZ vote.

The sharpie gate, this should mandate all “sharpie” ballots to be reinspected.
Major problems with registrations!
Ballot harvesting, Dominion machines, etc. I cannot even keep track of all of them.

He also told the democrat voters that he didn’t need them to win but he needed them after he won.

Pelosi also said that Trump would win on election night but as the votes were counted in the following days, a blue wave would happen and Biden would *win*.

The cheating was coordinated, systematic, and widespread.

• Judicial rulings invalidating the elections and requiring the state legislatures to address.
• State Legislature addressing with or without judicial rulings.
• Judicial rulings requiring ballots excluded and/or added to vote counts giving the state election to Trump.
• Congress challenging the slate of electors from certain states that failed to address the cheating that occurred.
• SCOTUS ruling overturning the election in multiple states.
• Martial law and a requirement to redo the election.
• High level betrayal in the Democratic party revealing how the cheating was organized (Got this one from an Internet "prophet". No clue if he has prophetic gifts or not.)
• Some other miracle that ends up leading the electoral college to choose Trump.
