I seem to recall a story that Roberts adopted some South American kids illegally and hence was being blackmailed by Felonia Milhous von Pantsuit et companie. Anyone else remember something like this going around? I could be way off base here. Thanks...SSZ

I seem to recall a story that Roberts adopted some South American kids illegally and hence was being blackmailed by Felonia Milhous von Pantsuit et companie. Anyone else remember something like this going around?

They were Irish-born kids. Ireland doesn't allow foreign adoption, so "arrangements" were made to transport the kids to a South American nation that allowed the adoption to take place there. Or so the story goes. Don't know if it's true.
