Onward to the U.S. Supreme Court.

This suit alleged violations of the Pennsylvania constitution. Do the federal courts have jurisdiction?

If it involves the federal election I would think so.

Bush V Gore

I can see no alternative to the SCOTUS ruling that the election is invalid..If they take the case that is. Or they may claim that it is up to the PA legislature to solve the problem. That is the only alternative I could possibly remotely see.

But, Bush V Gore will come in play here eventually.

No the feds dont have jurisdiction, however this will not stop the Freepers who want to be ruled by judicial fiat from posting....
