What neither Collins nor CNN nor anyone else in the left wing media will do is ask Joe Biden a complex or deep question.
Because they know he can't handle it. It is a recognition of Biden's obvious cognitive deficit.
Biden gave a "speech" the other day and flubbed it, twice referring to the Psalms as "Palmists" despite reading it on the teleprompter.

When they have asked Biden a question, the questions have been really challenging:

Their questions for Trump are a little different. “Mr. Trump, are you more like Genghis Khan or Adolf Hitler? Mr. Trump, how do you expect that America can ever forgive you for your countless crimes?”
