In this case, we're told in the blog:

• The CIA (and FBI and DOJ) are Deep State swamp agencies, but
• The DOD is okay and is on our side

But then in the graphic, it's denoted as being "CIA". That CIA "KRAKEN" is not the DOD "KRAKEN" of the blog.

At least that's how I interpret it. It's all bullshit, however, so ... whatever.
