I find it a bit scary that the author of this piece is advocating it all in the name of protecting the Constitution. How many different ways do you have to violate it before you protect it?
John Adam’s pointed out that our Constitution would only work for a moral people. Otherwise, there are enough holes in it to completely destroy its intended effects while keeping the words intact.
Do the Leftists seeking to stack the courts, admit states which likely will have only Dem Senators, who wish to ban guns while defunding the police and who wish to admit millions of immigrants and make them into instant citizens (to overwhelm the existing electorate), all the while cozying up to China and Iran, seem the least bit moral to you? The Constitution is not a suicide pact.

Why does that scare you?
It’s an interesting piece, but it’s theoretical. One of those situations where unforseen circumstances and unintended consequences would come into play. None of them would solve the problem- which appears to be that Biden didn’t win this election, in FACT, but rather, in DEED.
It’s a nightmare of a mess, made worse for the country by leftists entrenched in media, government and education.
