Fake news, there is plenty of online ammo to be had, of course the cost is higher but it is available.
Biden has promised to ban online ammo and gun sales but for the time being there is plenty.
My local gun store has plenty of pistols, Glocks, S&W, etc. Plenty of AR's too.
Aren't there severe restrictions on buying semi-autos in your state now (WA 1639) ?
As for ammo, yikes looks like 2x for most rounds, and virtually all lower tier brands like Wolf & PMC, (i.e. no Federal, Hornady, etc).
Not sure where you're looking, everywhere I am looking for ammo is sold out. By the time I get the email alerts that ammo is available it's gone before I even get to the site.
Just purchased 2 boxes of .45 colt thanks to that website. Been sitting here refreshing it for days...

I recently bought a fun gun, Henry lever action 410 Axe 2 1/2”. It’s near impossible to find ammo for this gun.
I am presently looking at a Henry 45-70 lever action rifle OR a S&W 500 lever action (50 cal) rifle, but first I need to find the ammo.... So far, 2 days of searching and no ammo found for the 50 cal. Very expensive round...about $60+ for a box of 20. I will likely forget about the 50 cal and order the Henry 45-70.
