While voting a gal came in with clearly a mentally challenged individual to vote as she kept 'screaming' at the pollsters with arms swinging.."I need help , I don't know what to do." "You have to help me"...over and over and over again. They all tried to calm her down to no avail....even when being guided to the voting booth her yelling continued. It was awful and never stopped her entire time there! It became obvious she didn't have a clue why she was there...as her assistant aided her to vote.
