Given Ms. Powell's interview statements to Howie Carr of Newsmax, it's clear why the "DOJ, NSA, FBI, and DHS" (and "CIA") aren't doing anything about the election fraud -- just look at the Trump legal team's public accusations against those government organizations. Furthermore, Ms. Powell's description of President Trump's "dedicated little team" of attorneys indicates very few lawyers want involvement in this federal election-fraud case, possibly for a variety of reasons.

The anti-Trump Democrat Party planned this entire 2020 election-year Chaos, including its extremely broad and deep election fraud, absolutely convinced it would be impossible for President Trump to figure it all out and then fully prosecute it in court, given the extremely narrow time-frame between Nov. 3 (election day) and Dec. 14 (Electoral College vote). The Democrat Party and Soros learned a Big Lesson from the Bush-Gore 2000 election dispute: Trying to pull a scam in just one county or state isn't nearly enough. Instead, they've got to perpetrate a massive, nationwide election fraud involving a grand "international" conspiracy, focused on many swing-states (and their Democrat-controlled cities), including a manipulated election voting system as well as assistance and funding from foreign countries. Ergo, the 2020 Presidential election.

What I’m worried about is timing. Time Is critical. It would be a crying shame if one important lawsuit could not be heard or admitted because time ran out somewhere. I pray nothing drops through the cracks because somebody dragged their heals and time ran out on some important threshold or aspect of these investigations.

An international scheme that goes back a decade or more, not just in this country but corrupt machines used in foreign countries.
This is no small challenge, and requires meticulous preparation and care; we have no idea of how many elections internationally have been "rigged".
If the Michigan county elections commissioner hadn't noticed an anomaly in voting numbers, and if the tabulation hadn't been stopped in the middle of the night,
and then come back online with totally different numbers and massive (adulterated) numbers 2 hours later, in sync with several other States,
the argument of tabulation fraud might have been "moot".
But it did happen !
Given the history and length of time these machines are used internationally and probable fraud tabulation completed, this court action qualifies as world-wide/international sedition.
