The judge also said: “There is no doubt that the right to vote, even an individual’s right to vote is sacrosanct,” Judge Grimberg added, adding that this “doesn’t mean that individual voters have the right to dictate” the manner in which that vote is counted”

Do you agree with him? Did either of you read the 160 pages of exhibits yourself instead of relying on a left wing interpretation? https://www.dropbox.com/s/4f5gvx6oh9zskvf/2020-11-17%20TRO%20Motion%20with%20Exhibits.PDF?dl=0

Who cares if the judge is a Trump appointee. It wouldn’t be the first time a Republican judge screwed us over (Roberts)

I am confident Wood will prevail in his appeal to the 11th circuit and if not, SCOTUS.

yes.my view stands. I have no hard opinion about his success but i lean towards not successful.

Since thomas is in charge of GA there is a possibility that SCOTUS could take the case..but i lean towards not there as well.

Well, let's hope so!

No, I didn't read the whole 160 pages. Did you? There are things, though, that jump out as being SO obvious (like, touchscreen machines that print out ballots being used and then Lin complaining about ballots that appear to be printed) that are not even remotely typical with someone who's thought of as one of the top legal experts in the country today. That's all..just seems unexpectedly slapshod..and, yeah, I get why the need to rush the filing..but this seems pretty basic to miss.

All that said, Dominion appears to be the angle to go after. Why we're spending time chasing what are fairly typical irregularities (couldn't observe the vote, etc) doesn't make a lot of sense - to me. Is that wrong? Heck, yeah. But it's unlikely to affect the current projected outcome.

Take Detroit, for instance. I just watched a video of the canvasser who was bullied and threatened into certifying Wayne County. I expected she initially objected because there was some massive discrepancy in the count that would affect the outcome. After 20 minutes of video, someone asked her how many votes were "out of sync" with the poll books. Her answer? Roughly *400*. FOUR HUNDRED? That's IT, in one of Michigan's largest counties and biggest Dem strongholds? These are the types of things that make our side look foolish and give the Dems ammo to discredit us..

I have no idea what the other districts and precincts hold, but am mystified why we are not spending the bulk of our time and effort getting to the bottom of Dominion. That appears to be where the election was stolen.
