Well as an owner of an IT consulting firm I can tell you how Dominion did it. Since they were technically not supposed to be connected to the internet you had to compile the code and encrypt it and then deploy to each voting machine. So you had an algorithm that was hardcoded and was not flexible enough to adjust for ANY vote tally scenario. Anywho even if you did that could be discovered by impounding a machine and attempting to decrypt the souce code with the SALT key. Which could be done with a hive of computers. But I think there was a redeployment of the code to the machines after the heist to cover tracks. This was alluded to by witnesses that Dominion software employees fumbling with machines early morning..”Upgrading the software”. What the smoking gun maybe is the source code for Biden v1.0 being found. For the nerds here, probably some CONFIG.JSON file with a variable like ‘RACE_ADJUST_DEM’:3 set in it. Would be really hard to explain that in court and also throw in “Yea Mr. Detroit election official why was a “software upgrade” down out of observer view at 10AM”. I did read Dominion also outsourced some of its programming work out to India...CLASSIC! Those mumblers can’t make a paper airplane right.
